Cheese Fondue: using a regional recipe white wine, garlic and kirsch served in traditional ceramic pots on fondue burners with fondue forks, french bread, broccoli and apples for dipping.

Mixed Gourmet Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Bündnerfleisch: a Swiss air dried beef. Bündnerfleisch also known as Viande des Grisons is an air dried beef produced in the region of Graubünden, Switzerland (St. Moritz), think Prosciutto only beef.

Beef Bourguignonne Fondue: prime beef tenderloin prepared to cook at your table in 100% canola oil filled fondue pot, served with dipping sauces, breaded mushrooms, panfried potatoes. Add chicken AND/OR shrimp (in addition to beef)

Chocolate Fondue: rich, melted european chocolate served in ceramic pots with strawberries, kiwi, banana and pound cake.

Example pricing for a catered group of 10 or more having Cheese fondue with a gourmet green salad and bündnerfliesch, followed by Chocolate fondue would be $35.00 per person.
