After 30+ years of  very varied cooking;  in restaurants, including my  own restaurant, for parties from 10 to 200+ and for specialized groups, like backpacking or sailing, I am still fascinated by food and would love to encourage more people to get involved with the food in their lives. My training  as a Cordon Bleu Chef can help you go all out on a fancy dinner Party or be adapted for a healthy take on old techniques or help you with quick and easy everyday dinners for busy lives. My daughter became Gluten  Intolerant  10 years ago and is now also sensitive to Dairy, this has opened up a whole new chapter for me in  dietary sensitive cooking.  Living in Whitefish MT, we have an abundance of locally produced food and I would love to make it easy for anyone interested to know how to buy and cook with  this healthy and nutrient dense resource.
